1With Student Advisor's Name Registration payment, in US Dollar (USD), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes welcome reception, lunch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 6 October and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 (+ 10% GST) fee will be charged for all substitutions. PLEASE NOTE: The Wednesday Evening Event is NOT included in the price of a full registration. Sunday Workshops A variety of 3-hour workshops will be offered on Sunday, 2 November and will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Morning sessions will begin at 09:00 and the afternoon sessions will begin at 14:00. Each half-day workshop will consist of 3 hours of lectures. Fee includes entrance to one workshop, one copy of the workshop materials, coffee breaks and a 20% cancellation fee. The attendees must choose the workshop(s) they would like to attend at the time of registration as there will be no in and out. Early registration is encouraged as seating is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site registration will be very limited.

Wednesday Evening Event – Taste of Australia Reception (Ticket NOT included in the conference fee) Experience the full delight of Australia with our Taste of Australia Reception at the Rose Garden at the Botanic Gardens. Feel the grass beneath your feet, the sun on your face, and taste the unique flavours of Australia. Locally sourced and flavoured Tuna, Wallaby and Emu, seasoned with endemic herbs and spices, and paired with locally produced wines, beer and hand-crafted sodas. Finish the night dancing under the stars with friends. You won’t just be in Australia, you’ll be Australian! Price per Ticket: $121 Accompanying Person(s) - Welcome Reception, Bag, Lanyard Accompanying persons are spouses of other family members who wish to participate in some of the social aspects of the conference and to attend the presentation session of their associated delegate. This will include the Sunday Wine and Cheese Welcome Reception, which will include a collection of native Australian animals to see and touch as well as MicrotAS2025 mascot, Chips. Accompanying persons who wish to attend the full technical program need to purchase a full (Participant, Industry, or Student) registration. Accompanying persons can only be registered in conjunction with a full registration.

Cleland Tour (Thursday, 6 November - Afternoon)
After the last session, close out the MicroTAS conference with a trip to Cleland. Feed the Kangaroos, go eye to eye with an emu, talk to the Cockatoos, and of course, see that special K! You’ll have 2 hours to experience Australian animals up close, with a boxed lunch provided upon arrival at Cleland. We’ve negotiated a special price for a special experience – so join in with your conference friends and make this a conference you’ll never forget.

Wine Tasting Tour (Thursday, 6 November - Afternoon) CLOSED
Adelaide is recognised as one of the Great Wine Capitals around the world, and if you like wine, then a trip to a local vineyard has to be on your visiting card. Cool off after an intense few days of conference life with tour to several local vineyards to sample their latest vintage – most of which you can only buy in Australia. Make sure you leave some room in your luggage for that special treat to enjoy back home. Subject to minimum number requirement.

Indigenous Day with Southern Cultural Immersion (Wednesday, 5 November 2025)
The Aboriginal culture of Australia is the longest continuous culture in the world – spanning over 65,000 years. Spend a day at the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre, to learn and experience indigenous Australian culture first-hand. Learn about the history, the importance of country, song, dance and art. Bus pickup will be from the conference venue in the morning and returning in the afternoon. Lunch will be provided. Subject to minimum number requirement.

Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed. This may take up to five (5) business days.

New Registration Policies

• A Photo I.D. must be presented onsite at registration check-in to pick up a name badge.
• Each Participant agrees that they will not sell goods or services, display goods or services, make solicitations of any kind, or conduct any commercial activities if not an exhibiting company and this can only be done in contracted exhibit booth.
